Or kaki meshi (かき飯) from Yamafuji (やま藤) a restaurant in Tsukiji (築地) the area where Tokyo's old central fish market used to be. Here in a bento (lunch box) version at the Odakyu department store in Machida (町田) in west Tokyo. Oysters are all over the place and they are eaten in many different ways but out of all I have tried, none had the taste of sea so much as these ones!
