This year too, Itoen (伊藤園), Japan's most famous bottled tea maker, set up a kiosk in front of Sensoji offering free tea and selling its products and various tea-related souvenirs. This year for the first time, part of the promotion were its two mascots based on the deities Fujin (風神) and Raijin (雷神) guarding Kaminarimon Gate: Fujin on the right is Koicha-kun, Itoen's second most popular tea and Raijin on the left is Oi-Ocha-kun, its most popular and undoubtedly the most famous bottled tea in Japan.
