(1872) In Tokyo, restaurants...


...try to put on their window realistic replicas of their dishes. In Kitakata, they see it a little differently; here for example, the owner of the "Sakurai Shokudo" (桜井食堂) ramen restaurant puts more emphasis on the size of the replica. Perhaps because the town's restaurants sell only one type of ramen.
