JR's station in Ueno is often used for bazaars and markets from various areas around Japan. The particular one was from Nagano, hence the armor of the warrior Sanada Yukimura (真田幸村, 1567-1615), one ofd the protagonists of the civil wars era and commander of Ueda Castle (Ueda-jo/上田城)  which was in the area. Yukimura's red armor with the deer antlers on the helmet and the crest with the six coins (rokumonsen/六文銭) are among the most famous in Japan --the six coins are the fare for the passage to the other world.
