"Yagyu" (和牛) is of course the Japanese cattle that have become famous for their flavor. And "gyugyu" (ぎゅうぎゅう) is an adverb that means "crammed" as in "crammed with people". I am not sure what the combination is but I saw it in an Asakusa alley.
