It took fifteen years of thought -and some pressure from Atsuko- to decide to make a try in the world of bonsai: from right, Matsutaro (松太郎) and Matsujiro (松次郎), both of the Japanese pine species called "Kuromatsu" (黒松) or "black pine". They will reach their maturity, that is, what most people understand as "completed bonsai" in about fifteen-twenty years --provided I won't make enormous mistakes.
