...i.e. breaded thick pork cutlets in Kamakura, the answer is Katsutei Aratama Sohonten (かつ亭 あら珠 総本店) --exactly across the street from yesterday's tie although I have the suspicion it won't be there for long. (The tie: Aratama has been there for over a hundred years.)
