The second float is Kabuki legend Nakamura Kanzaburo XVIII (十八代目 中村 勘三郎) who died suddenly in the beginning of this year. Kanzaburo loved Asakusa very much so the people from Hirosaki thought it would be nice if they helped him do the rounds one more time –the Eiffel Tower next to him is the necessary surrealistic touch.
