The craze with wagyu (和牛), the Japanese beef, has reached Kamakura too (yes, we are back) --among the tourists that is, because the Japanese had and have a more cool relationship with it. This shop is obviously an example of this trend, hence the difference on the sign: in Japanese it just says "Wagyu Kamakura" (和牛鎌倉) while in English, it takes it one step further.
