Her name is Hitomi Korenaga (瞳是永), she is been practicing karate (for her self, not to be a champion) and she is the "karate ambassador" for the 2020 Olympics (which will happen in 2021, perhaps). Here in an advertisement of the "Mainichi Shimbun" (毎日新聞) newspaper, one of Japan's biggest newspapers.
