...was Sunday (he died on April 5, 1964) but I couldn't find the picture I had taken years ago at the Atsugi Base in Kanagawa. It is of course general Douglas MacArthur who ruled Japan during the 1945-1952 occupation. And seeing how Japan is today, 70 years later, he didn't do that bad.
