...and in Toyosu, the basic method of transportation inside the market are these "trucks" called "taare" (ターレ) which comes from "taareto turaku" (ターレットトラック) which comes from "turret truck" (in English this means a completely different vehicle but that's is a discussion better left for another time. The driver is standing behind the turret and stacks whatever it is that needs to be transported in the platform; their ability to do a full 360°rotation almost on the spot makes them very versatile for moving within the market's narrow space.
