(1919) Japanese cuisine: not just raw fish, part 28


Ro-oru kabetsu (ロールキャベツ) aka stuffed cabbage roll. Aka dolma (if you are Greek or frequent Greek restaurants you know this is one of the most typical Greek dishes, up there with moussaka -if you aren't or don't, know you do). Quite common so as to be found pre-cooked even in small, neighborhood super markets.
