Still in Tsujido but this is a sight I have see everywhere in Japan and yes, even in Tokyo: small cemeteries for the departed of the surrounding homes -or even of one single home. Since in Japan cremation is almost universal (and in most places, mandatory), I assume getting a license for something like this must not be a very complicated matter.
