The research association of Nichiren-shu (a Buddhist sect) belonging to Joenji (常円寺/常圓寺) temple. What catches the eye if you can read Japanese is that on that billboard on the rooftop is the name of the temple, Shinjuku Joenji, written in a way and on a building that predisposes you towards something very different. The temple itself, BTW, was being renovated so I couldn't take a picture this time.
