...had parked the other day under our window. The vehicle, obviously DIY, is advertising it is a "mobile public bath" (idoushiki-sentou/移動式銭湯); actually it's a foot-bath. The images of Fuji are there because generally speaking, public baths at least in Tokyo, almost always have one mural like this.
