...the Japanese have also a special relationship with stationery and, as often happens with the things they get involved with, they make some of the best in the world so when you see a stationery shop it's good to take a look. And in some cases, like here in Sumida Ward on the other side of the river, perhaps a second look --just to make sure you read the sign right.
