I have seen at least two shops of this bakery in two different areas of Tokyo so I guess it's a chain --but because I've only seen two shops it's probably a small chain. The noren curtain says bread (pan/パン) but from right to left but I have to admit that I'm missing the concept with the Dude in the kimono with cat's paws, the hat and the shades.
