...without knowing that in a few hours, they will become someone's meal. Equally carefree are the tourists walking by the tank, without knowing that if they eat them without them having been prepared by a specially trained chef, it will be the last thing they will eat. Yes, they are fugu (フグ/河豚), the poisonous fish whose organs contain the lethal neurotoxin tetrodotoxin (TTX); because this is Japan and, therefore, the chefs who prepare them are indeed specially trained, the incidents of fatal poisoning are almost non-existent. Almost.
