Otherwise, the literal translation of the word "otohime" (音姫). Actually, it is a gadget that makes water sounds when you are in the toilet so it will cover the natural sounds that might occur and that might make you feel uncomfortable. In theory its target is women but from time to time you can also find it in men's toilets as well.
