...or at least the semi-basement of Afuri Jinja, a spring dedicated to the deity Takaokami no Kami (高龗神) which is dragon-shaped, is related to rain and is also called small tengu (kotengu/小天狗). The water is called "Oyama Meisui" (大山名水) i.e. "famous water of Oyama" --because it is holy and because it has a soft taste.
