...that last Wednesday, the gentleman in the picture was celebrating together with the rest of Osaka because Hanshin Tigers (阪神タイガース), the city's team which, however, is not based there but in Hyogo Prefecture's (兵庫県) Nishinomiya (西宮) won its first pendant after 18 years. On occasions like this, hardcore Hanshin fans jump in the Dotonbori river; this year, because of the big police presence on the scene, only 27 did.
