(1648) And after all this talk about Himeji castle...


...here it is: the most well-preserved and photogenic among the 12 "original" castles existing in Japan, built first in 1333 and, as it is today, in the first decade of the 17th century. And of course there are man more pictures of it in the special album I made on Flickr, here
