For some inexplicable reason, the Japanese love "stamp rallies" (スタンプラリー) i.e. tours passing from specific points which provide stamps which you can use to fill specific cards. Here one such spot from a stamp rally organized by one of the two companies operating the Tokyo subway and sporting the rather ambitious name "Tokyo Happiness Tour".
