(3329) At the edge of Asakusa...

...in Kappabashi (合羽橋), a manhole cover themed after an anime series called "Sarazanmai" (さらざんまい); the series was taking place in Asakusa and its main characters were middle school students who could transform into kappa (河童) river sprites, the ones seen on the cover's illustration. Although the characters of the area's name are different and mean "raincoat", Kappabashi has been using the kappa as its mascot for many years --as a matter of fact, there's even a temple there that has something that is supposed to be the mummified hand of a kappa.
