Another version of the Dream Bridge (Yume no Ohashi/夢の大橋), the spot where the Olympic flame was (you can see it in the distance) --yes, it is a real bridge over Tokyo Bay, which means that under it flows the Pacific Ocean. The monster on the left has nothing to do with the Olympic Games: it's the Tokyo Baycourt Club Hotel & Spa Resort.
