Municipal, multi-puporse space in Tokyo's Takadanobaba (高田馬場). On the one side, Astro Boy (or Tetsuwan Atomu/鉄腕アトム), perhaps the most classic anime character who, in the story, was born in Takadanobaba so he remains very closely related to it. And on the other, a Japanese-style sitting space with tatami and zabuton (座布団) pillows because we are Japanese, dammit!
