(416) Greek cuisine, made in Japan part 18

Greek readers (and especially those who can read Japanese) will appreciate this sandwich’s filling: taramosalata (really, it writes so in Japanese too: タラモサラダ) i.e. a Greek appetizer made of carp roe and traditionally eaten on Clean Monday.
