Coming from Greece I find it quite amusing the idea of a Japanese restaurant (actually, a Japanese restaurant chain) trying to promote the virtues of Mediterranean diet; even more amusing is their emphasis on the tomato which (a) originated in South America an (b) is way too foreign for Japanese taste (except ketchup which is part of their obsession with all things American).
