(3224) In the other side of Tsukuba Express...

...in Asakusa, a mural with Edo Period kiseru (煙管) pipes, probably to stress the area's relationship with Edo culture. On the other hand, "kiseru" in Japanese, written with the same characters, means to cheat on train fare.
