One more Billiken, also under the Tsutenkaku tower but sitting in a rickshaw; living in Asakusa rickshaw (jinrikisha/人力車 in Japanese) don't really impress me but this was the only one I saw in Osaka and I think it is for decoration and points to the beginning of the 20th century when the first tower was made and when Billiken appeared for the first time.
