A Buddhist temple this time (called Senshoji/専称寺 --no relationship: different characters) and with more conventional architecture but with the background one expects to find in the area. For the record, at this temple is the grave of Okita Soji (沖田 総司, 1842-1868) a very known swordsman from the Shinsengumi (新選組) corps that was active during the final years of the Edo Period. Unfortunately, the cemetery is closed to the public.
