...for this trip, Kamome no Sera-kun (かもめのセーラーくん), a seagull-sailor advertising a confectionery of the Sanriku (三陸) region that includes Miyagi's coasts; the sweet is called "kamome no tamago" (かもめの玉子) which translates as "seagull's egg" because of its appearance.
