(2749) It's been 11 years...

 ...but in places like Kesennuma (気仙沼) in the north of Miyagi (no relationship) prefecture, the day of the big tsunami hasn't been forgotten. Here, in one of the fish-markets of the port city, a sign over the message "irasshaimase" (いらっしゃいませ) i.e. "welcome" says "the March 11, 2022 tsunami reached this height".
