Further back, one more shop of the Kushikatsu Daruma chain which we mentioned some time ago but here we are more interested in the shop with the huge hand and the huge sushi: it is Mawaru Genroku Zushi (廻る元禄寿司) which, in 1958 came up with the conveyor belt sushi (kaiten zushi/回転寿司) concept.
