(2943) Osaka 68: An octopus and a dragon

Nihon_arekore_02972_Osaka_68_Dotonbori_Hozenji_Koisan_Dori_entrance_100_cl

The entrance to one of the streets of Dotonbori that run parallel to the river; it's called Hozenji Koisan-dori (法善寺こいさん通り) for reasons we will explain in the near future. The shop with the dragon is a ramen-ya and I won't insult your intelligence telling you what the one with the octopus sells.

(For a bigger version of this picture both in color and black and white, check my "Japan Arekore" set on Flickr).
