...across the gyoza vending machine, a shop specializing in onigiri (おにぎり) the triangular rice balls with various fillings that are the most common Japanese snack --"omusubi" (おむすび) is another word for onigiri. I will not doubt that they are indeed Japan's heart but that "T" puzzles me somewhat.
