...or 焼きそば are usually served at food stalls in festivals and fairs. Shitamachi Yakisoba Ginchan (下町焼きそば 銀ちゃん) in Ueno Hirokoji (上野広小路) is one of the few restaurants I know specilizing in them and they were indeed excellent!
