In Kamakura, the city of samurai (and other things) in the window of a traditional confectionery called "Kamakura Bushido" (鎌倉武士堂) which is a play on words with "bushido" (武士道) meaning "samurai code" having a different last character, also read "do" but meaning something like "hall" (堂), a shinai (竹刀), the sword substitute used in kendo, Japan's most popular martial art/martial sport. I understand the intention but the shinai still looks out of place.
