On the left, a part of the walls of the imperial palace and on the right, the Imperial Hotel (even more to the right, and if this was a panoramic picture, you could also see the Imperial Hotel). The moat here is called "Hibiya" (日比谷) and the name has been extended to the broader area and the nearest train station.
