I had made a post about it on Instagram a while back but that was just the food -here is the shop, so to speak: it's called "Tonboya" (とんぼや) and it is in Tsukiji, where Tokyo's biggest fish market used to be and where there still is a very good market, mostly (but not exclusively) for fish and seafood. They make only one thing, tuna skewer torch-broiled on the spot and it is superb!
