"びすとろ" is read "bisutoro" and means "bistro". The ending "ya"(家) means "shop" (it's usually written "屋" but occasionally "家" too). In other words "bistroshop" -a fitting name for a restaurant combining in its menu pizza and sashimi. In Asakusa.
