...be green with envy but I couldn't not share it: at a municipal dojo, the back wall made of mats isn't a real wall...
...but an unfolding floor. This means that the space can be used for both arts that don't neeed mats (e.g. kendo or karate) and for those that do (e.g. judo or aikido.)
