To find how Takasaki's relationship with Daruma started, you need to take a local train and get off at the Gunma Yawata (群馬八幡) Station; the station is small but you immediately understand that something is going on with Daruma here. (The blue and red signs are from the men's and women's toilets and the writing on the Daruma in the entrance say "welcome" and "goodbye".)
