...we have put the octopus on ice, we were told this last summer by Aichi (愛知) in an effort to make us visit it when it was too hot in Tokyo. Eventually we couldn't have gone anyway because due to Covid inter-prefecture travel was not encouraged but for the record, the wisecrack comes from the fact that in this prefecture there us the island Himakajima (日間賀島) which is famous for its octopi (or octopuses: I'm not that picky). I have to admit though that this is one of those rare times were the English pun on the lower right is really good!
