A sign that asks people not to litter in some alley in Taito Ward. The interesting part is the illustration --not the walking cigarette but the face with the Kabuki makeup (aka kumadori/隈取) that makes the eyes watching you when you litter more intense. It's a shame that the sticker with the cigarette spoils the effect.
