It seems sushi restaurant Tajima in Ginza is particularly fond of tengu, the favorite supernatural creatures of Nihon Arekore and classic schools of swordsmanship. Here on the tea cups...
...and here on a board behind the counter -the names left and right of the tengu are suppliers from Tsukiji's fish market.
