His home is in Tsu (津市), the capital of Mie Prefecture (三重県), he's called Shiromochi-kun (シロモチくん) and is made of three mochi rise-cakes wearing a samurai helmet -a reference to the city's relationship with the samurai clan Todo (藤堂) that ruled the area for almost three centuries. Here in a promotional event in Nihonbashi.
