(371) Noodles and foxes

Foxes supposedly like tofu, the “butter” made of soy “milk”. If you fry a slice of tofu and serve it with udon noodles you get “kitsune udon” (狐うどん) i.e. “fox’s noodles”. Very tasty when hot!
