...aren't the usual kind but in another way: besides the label (and sometimes the bottle) which is in the spirit of the cherry blossom season, the actual sake is some special issue that is available only at this time. As I have written before, if there's one thing that will make a Japanese buy a product that would be the description "期間限定" ("kikan gentei") which means "for a limited time only"; here in the variation "春限定" ("haru gentei") i.e. "only during the spring".
